first of all,
the roaming charges are an error,
no doubt about it,
and can be fixed by dialing *611 from your cellular handset.....
not what you wanted to hear
there are a few ways you can get out of your contract.
early termination fees apply.
since i don`t know your exact date,
i don`t know what the actual cost would be.
start at$175 and subtract $5 for every month you are into your contract so far.
doesnt sound like much,
but if you only have 6 months left,
then your early tem.
fee is only 85 bucks.
pay it and get out.
if it is a bit longer,
you could find someone to do what is called an "assumption of liability".
this is when they take over your line,
and the remainder of your contract.
they can either set it up as a single line of service,
or add the line to an existing family share plan.
this is cheap,
and free to do,
and you are 100% rid of your contract when you are done.
we try hard,
no doubt about that,
but not every problem is solvable in a way that is kosher with the customer.
