Determining your daily ProPoints allowance
Determine the base line for male or female.
The basic baseline points are two for women and eight for men
For ages between 17 and 26,
add four points.
Ages 27 to 37 is three points.
Ages 38 to 47 is two points.
Ages 48 to 57 is one point
and any age that is 58 or older is zero points
Take the first two numbers (in pounds)
of your current weight and add these
a woman that is 160 pounds would add 16 points
Anyone below 5 feet has zero points
Anyone that is 5 foot 1 inch to 5 foot 9 inches adds one point and anyone taller than 5 foot 10 inches adds in two points
Add all of the points together to get the daily Weight Watchers ProPoints allowance.
A woman who is 25 years old
weighs 170 pounds and is 5 foot 1 inch tall would get 12 points for her base line
four points for age
17 points for weight and one point for height
making a total of 34 points.
