Hi Austin,
I have been wanting to do the same however, I am reading that it is illegal in NJ to do
lend money better known as Payday loans.
I am very new to this so, perhaps I am not correct on all of this info however, I did read this on numerous sites so please be cautious and do your homework!
I currently have three people looking for loans and I want to act on two of them. I am now afraid to! If anyone has info contrary to what I have learned, please provide info. Thanks, Chris

I have started a
money lending business in Zimbabwe after having started off as an agent for a commercial bank. I have gained valuable experience and am willing to share it with all those who may need it. The only challenge I am facing is that of inadequate cash. All my clients are well vetted using some of the banks methods and suitable
collateral is the key requisite. Those asking for interest rates to charge can never get the answer from the net. There are various ways of arriving at a just and attractive rate. I will endeavor to reply to all emails. Write to
sankomota@gmail.com

I started
lending here in the Philippines but i have some clients from Dubai UAE, I just send it through my friend and she is the one responsible for the
money if you could give me tips on how to make my business more secure, do i have to open a checking account there in dubai, coz my system here in the Philippines is i am requiring my clients to issued PDC. I would like to apply it there in Dubai, would it be possible are there some thing to consider. Could you please advice me on the way forward especially on the administrative and legal requirements. what
collateral should my customers provide to guarantee payback.
60. Gorjosh on 3/18/2010 2:56:04 AM
Jennelyn, i am here in U.A.E for 11 yrs now.
Lending formalities here is not as difficult compared to what we have in Philippines. Most lenders like banks just get the borrower`s salary transferred to them, or they make corporate arrangements between the bank where the borrower`s salary is being transferred plus they`d asked for a security cheque without a date, no mortgage and less hassle because normally it has insurance cover. In a small scale
lending here (not registered), the guarantee asked normally is PDC cheque plus original passport or labour card. Some people who have no checking account would entrust their
ATM cards as a security. Bottomline is, you`ve got to know your borrower`s background. To be more secured and get protection from the law here, it is better to register your
lending business. Anyhow, UAE doesn`t levy income taxes so you don`t have to worry about it. It`s just that you have to renew your registration licenses and office rent yearly and it`s quite a lot of
money, plus your sponsor fee in case you open it inside Dubai. To know the registration formalities in Dubai, pls visit this link:
http://www.dubai.ae. and for 100% ownership visit:
http://www.jafza.ae//index.php/becoming-a-client/gettin... On the other side, i am planning to open a
lending biz in Philippines. Any tips you could share with me?? pls send to

Actually, i`d want to expand even my clientele, so my question is, what should be my startup capital, how much interest should be imposed and late charges, then for non-corporate individuals what
collateral should they provide to guarantee payback? Advice me more on the administrative and legal requirements to secure the business. If there are seminar or conferences pls let us know where and when.

She has already attempted and the demand is quite high. The fear is that she has no structures to safe guard any loss risks and defaulters. Hi everyone!!! I`m from Mandaluyong City, Philippines. Anybody wants to
lend me some
money about Php50,000 and I can issue check to guarantee my payments. This is much safer than having my payroll account via
atm because in the Philippines once the check bounce, you can file a case and that`s not good. Just shoot me an email if there`s an available lender. Thanks.

Hello everyone, I noticed that all of you were asking about starting a
money lending business and you need some assistance or information on how to begin. I recently started my own
money lending business and went through the process with a consultant. He helped me to register my business with the city, he also helped me to get a license to be a lender in my city. He also completed my business plan for the city
lending licensing agency and also directed me through each stage of the set up process. I have US$50,000 to start my business, I have
loan out more than. US$25,000 already and earning between 9% -- 15% per month on the interests payments from my clients. This is one of the easiest business to set up that I ever saw and anyone can do it, however, you must know how to set it up right the first time or you will do something wrong. My friend George and all of this for a fee. everybody had talked to want to charge me US$10,000-US$25,000 to do the same work. I paid George only US $1,500 for everything. However, he is willing to send you all the steps in the process to do yourself and the small business plan all for US$425 to cover his consulting fees. It`s a very good program and anybody can use in any country. Good luck!

money lending business, please send me an e-mail to:
mwiley33@gmail.com and I will forward it over to George for you, thanks again.

107. Gilberto Dominguez on 8/11/2010 6:33:22 PM
Yes, This is for anyone and everyone in the philippines who is or are interested in starting or owning a successful
lending company in the Philippines. I did not say interested in a
lending company or a finance company. I said a successful
lending company of finance company; there is a big difference.
Lending company and finance company are my specialty area of consulting. If you want to know how and make sure you succeed from the start with
money lending and financing in the Philippines you can contact me. over 5,000 ready made qualified borrowers. All required incorporation documents, articles of incorporation, corporate by-laws, where to file, fees to pay, in short everything you need. Or join together to form a
lending company incorporated. Plus much, much more.
Javiermmitzli@ymail.com
108. Gilberto Dominguez on 8/11/2010 6:53:22 PM
To all in the Philippines interested in a
lending company or finance company!
First the law requires any private lender, private investor
lending money, or any group involved in
lending money exists as a duly registered corporation with a minimum working capital of 1,000,000 ( one million ) php.
Know that most successful
lending companies operating in the Philippines have as many as 100 employees and significant capital in the millions of pisos. limiting yourself to
lending money to the few people you may know may never generate a sustainable income for you and may never become a true successful business. A truly successful
lending company will be diversified, hold interest in real estate, own other businesses that serve to generate revenues, hold assets of borrowers to assure
loan repayment and guarantees. Find out how you can even own property and businesses it the United States or around the world by participating in a
lending corporation.
Imagine you might get the right to visit other countries because you are a part owner of an international
lending corporation. There are many areas of
lending. A
lending company should be involved in different markets throughout the Philippines. You will be surprised to find out that by owning a part of a
lending corporation you may find yourself far better off financially with far more security and income into the future years to come than by trying to own and operate a small
lending activity around your own home.
There are ways you can also have both your own
lending activity around your own home or area where you live, do it legally, and also participate in ownership of a
lending corporation. There is so much to know, learn, and consider. Please contact me if you are truly interested in earning
money through the use of a
lending company in the Philippines and maximize your benefits and income from it.
javiermitzli@ymail.com
109. owaks on 8/12/2010 4:34:07 AM
Vivian, It requires a good lawyer to
help you register a company because as an individual its not simple to do
money lending as a business in Uganda especially when it comes to legal matters. It might cost you about UGX 3,000,000/= to do all legal requirements including a certificate &
money lenders license to start up this business. Then the amount of capital depends on your target clients and your pocket.
