Indiana have benefitted from the numerous unemployment benefit extensions that have been created by the federal government. The latest extension provided by bill H3548 will give long-term unemployed Indiana an extra 20 weeks of unemployment benefits. Because of this recent extension the maximum number of benefit weeks available for someone in Indiana is now 99 weeks.

Indiana have benefited from the numerous unemployment benefit extensions that have been created by the federal government.The 52 weeks max is the total time you have to collect the amount, but doesn`t mean you can collect each of those weeks. You can collect for a total of 26 weeks, 39 with the extension. Claimants may be eligible to receive up to $390 per week.

If your household size is 5 or more who all purchase and prepare together, and household income is $40,000 or less, then yes, you`d likely qualify. The amount would depend on allowable expenses such as rent/mortgage, utilities, child care cost, and medical expenses.
