They would have to settle for the easier to catch, smaller animals and the berries, nuts and leaves, and fruit that the earth provided. We are still meant to eat like this. Just cause technology invented microwave ovens doesn`t mean that eating TV dinners is natural or healthy! Change the way you eat, and you will drop pounds quickly as your body will spend less time digesting and more time fighting disease, repairing tissues, and burning calories.

BUT, short term, you can easily lose 8 to 10 pounds simply by ridding your body of water weight! Ever wondered how those mma fighters and boxers make their weight cuts? It`s called a sauna! Yup, severe dehydration will make you drop water weight in hours, and that`s exactly what saunas do to your body....eliminate H20 through your skin. Only problem with this is that it also makes you very light headed and weak in the knees. Not to mention lethargic and thirsty as heck! I would not recommend this for long term weight loss, but if you need to fit into a dress later tonight and a gym with a sauna is nearby, try it.

Since I`m not much of a cook myself and I tend to eat bigger portions when I`m preparing food, I enrolled in Nutrisystem and got their dinners. It keeps me on track cause I don`t think of making food and I just eat what comes to my door. Simple and it works. All about portion control.
