It isn`t simple to just cancel your rogers contract without paying anything.
A contract is a contract.
If you break it you are still legally obligated to pay the remaining years.
if Rogers materially changes the terms of your agreement,
say they reduce the number of minutes you are allowed and initally agreed to or they change the monthly subscription price that you originally agreed to,
then you have a case to withdraw from your contract because THEY significantly changed the terms of your contract.
if they just change the fees for 911 access or other minor fees,
these are not the basis of your contract and are only peripheral expenses.
They are allowed to do things like this.
Check your bill every month and see if they are making any changes that would affect your contract.
