I don`t think so, unless it`s a specifically states side-effect of the drug. However, if you`re really worries about dark yellow urine, drink plenty of water and it will turn back to a normal colour :)

It`s unlikely but there are some antibiotics that can make your urine dark. In the hospital where I work, the darkest color of urine I observed from my patient in antibiotic therapy is tea-colored, but never black. If you`re having black urine, you should be alarmed and have an immediate consultation as it can be a sign of a serious problem.

That is possible if you will drink the two juices at the same time. Cranberry juice is a diuretic that will make you urinate frequently, and in excessive amount it can affect your urine color. On the other hand, grape juice can have the same effect as well especially if you have consumed red grapes.
