I won my appeals for the 6 weeks of unemployment that was witheld in 2010 and haven`t rec`d any money yet how can I check the status of this?

What number can I call to find out the status of my 6 wks that was with held but won via appeals twice in 2010?

The department notice of determination appealed from is reversed means that i won....so how long will it take edd to send me my money back? They owe me since june 13 2010 to present....

I won my unemployment claim in oct. and recieved a letter that my employer is appealing it after i have been receiving my checks for the past month. didnt they have to appeal within a certain time frame?

just had my Ca Ui appeals case today..what do you think my chances are. supervisor, HR rep showed for it.. Judge after asking question opened to me to present my side.. stated the following..(Iwork one day a week only) On my way to work..got rear ended called my supervisor explained. She said no problem will see you next week.. Next week I report to work told you are suspended..Noshow/No call.. I told person I did call that this was handled and ask for her to call supervisor.. After waiting 30 mins. I was okayed tio work. Supervisor said miscommunication not to worry no worries. the following week reported to work was told same thing suspended no show no call I ask how if I was suspended did I work the previous week? I asked person to once again call supervisor after waiting an hour and no call back I wrote out my 2 week notice (Basicall I was being denied work) I stated this to judge..Judge asked the twp reps if they had any comments and if they agreed to my statements..both agreed that what I said was correct..So what are my chance here..

I had an appeal hearing, last Wednesday(11-10-2010), and haven`t recieved a decision. So, I called the Office of Tax Appeals and the rep said it could take 5-6 weeks!! Crazy...I should know by Christmas.

It can take the unemployment insurance office up to 2 weeks just to process your file, since there are so many unemployed Americans all filing at the same time. After processing it can then take another week or two to mail your Ui paycheck. So, 3 to 4 weeks should be the maximum amount of time you wait to receive your unemployment check.

Since the US congress just passed the Emergency Unemployment Benefits (EUB) program and the Extended Benefits (EB) program in July, 2010, it may take a few weeks for the law to become active in each community. So, if you live in Florida and are wondering when you can start receiving unemployment benefit checks, calling your local office and ask them when they`ll be ready to process your claim. It should be very soon.
