With t-mobile it depends on your contract or lack thereof.
Ive bwen with them 2-1/2 yrs on flexpay,
which i chose so i wouldnt be locked in.
found out after 2 yrs that i was in fact under contract but i like the service so its ok.
Called customer service 2 months ago to ask for an extension on payment due and was told no extension since im on flexpay.
Im locked in under contract,
never been late paying and yet im not entitled to the same courtesy as i would be if i were billed after services were provided.
be persecuted for paying in advance.
Cant wait to get rid of them!!
