Yes they can fix a cracked iPhone screen, they just replace the glass. There are independent repair shops in most major cities that do touchscreen replacement. Apple will also fix a broken screen at their genius bar in the apple store. The cost is not cheap however. Apple charges 199 while most tecnicians will charge about 75.

Not unless you have insurence. If not, don't even bother bring it in. They don't replace phones unless it's something internal that is not caused by water damage.
I had a crack camera, depleted battery, and water damage and they wouldn't replace it.

How to fix a crack on inside of cell phone screen? i was riding my skateboard and fell pretty hard and my phone was in my pocket and it got really banged up and when i opened it up there was a crack on the screen, i turned it off to see if it would go away and when the screen was blank it seemed as if there was no scratch, so i turned it back on again and its like cracked on the inside, i need some help cuz i dont have the money to be buying a new phone now

two nights ago my cell phone got ran over by a volkswagon (it was one of those new rabbits, but still).
if your screen is cracked..you are up the creek as they say. you can't fix it yourself.
the reason you don't notice it when it's off is because there's no light behind it to show. the LCD screens usually have several small layers of glass inside them, and if even one of them is cracked...then the liquid crystals leak out (literally) and renders the screen inoperable.
sadly to say...you'll need to either live without a screen on your phone, or buy a new phone. anyone who claims you can fix it yourself by swapping the screen is lying. where are you going to get a screen? they don't sell parts for cell phones to end-users (you, the comsumer, being the end-user)...and most phone repair shops will want maybe just about as much as a new phone would cost. and even if you manage to get a new screen off ebay....there's no way you can install it yourself, they don't just plug in and there's no one way they all attach...so, really, fixing it isn't a viable option.
it's toast. let this be a lesson to you...don't skateboard.

Buy a used phone off of eBay. That's the cheapest way to get a new one, and you can probably find the same phone so he won't notice the difference.

Touch screen phone crack! need to get it fix quick! heellp pleease? hi! my name is elisha and i am currently 15 years old! i have a verizon wireless cell phone called the lg voyager with a qwerty keyboard that i have had for 6 months and the external screen is cracked! the screen itself isn't crack but it looks like the inside is cracked you know?? you see i had gave to to my my friend so he could see it, but he stood up and dropped it and as he went to sit back down he stepped on it! it was an accident but now the external screen looks totally cracked and the internal screen is just black. i need help on where to go fix this?!?!?! how much is it going to cost?!?!?!? can i do this at home?!?!?! or am i just screwed?!?!?!

well i was at my friends house and i had my phone in my pocket and we were all messing around with each other. i fell down and the inside of my phone screen got a very little crack in the bottom right corner.the whole screen went white and its a little black around the crack.
i can still make calls and receive calls, but i can't view my menu or settings or anything.
my phone is provided by alltel.
i was on a 2-year contract and it has expired.

if you are on an expired 2 year contract, you should be able to just go in and exchange for a new one. you shouldnt have to replace that one.
