My husband earns $802 mo and may not earn over $780 month. Additionally, each disability recipient is givin ten month in their entire lifetime in while they can earn as much money as they can- $200,000 in one month? Yes that is okay, but only 10 months. Earn $1 over in an eleventh month and SDD is gone. So, case I'm point, it is not illegal to claim both but you will have to answer to both places. My husband did this and was fine (we are im Missouri). However, I would really really consider the nature of the disability and make sure u are being honest first!! They may very well make you answer for this. My hubby is disabled due to seizures, he can seize up to 30 times a day or as few as once. On good days he can wrk in a safe environment, and if he doesn't seize, he ends up being paid for the whole day. Usually though he clocks out after an hour or two. It would seem that you would receive your check at 12 at night on the 30th or soon after since the 1st is on a saturday and the 31st is a nationwide recognized holiday but please do not quote me as saying it will because I dont wanna piss off welfare moms (not fun trust me.)
