no you cant, there is no law that says that you cant show your self in your webcam, tho there is to showing your self to minors, if you talk to a person and he/she says that he/she is under 18 yrs, then you could prob get arested.

facebook gives a good privacy that any other web sites did not offer. For that reason many people uses privacy option and make as you want to private your profile. For using the privacy option you will have to visit the facebook website then log in to your account then click on the account which is top on the right side of the facebook page.then click on it and then you will see some menu and then click on the privacy and then you will set your privacy as you want. . . .
